Forging: the Process of Sonship

Father, in the name of Jesus, this is the time for us to receive your word. The Bible says your word is a lamp onto our feet and a light onto our paths. Which means your word has the ability to direct our path and show us the way to everlasting life. Lord, we ask, oh God, that you send your word.

Send your word in the mighty name of Jesus. You told Mary, told Martha that Mary has done one thing needful and that will remain with her because you sat at the feet of Jesus. Why? Martha was busy, anxious and trying to do things that Jesus did not send out to do.

Father, we pray that you help us understand the importance of sitting at the feet of Jesus. Because that's one of the most valuable things we can do as a child of God. Just to hear the Master speak. Father, we pray that you speak to us.

May we never be too much in a haste. May we not be in a haste to do things for you, when all you want from us is just to stay with you. Father, we pray that you grant us the staying power to sit and listen to your word. The enemy is fighting this thing so much.

He doesn't want the people of God to hear the voice of God to hear his voice. Rather he wants us to be busy and busy and toiling without any time to sit down and stay for hours to hear the very word of God. Please, this is our way to freedom. He said the truth shall set us free.

We pray that you send your word with power because the kingdom of God is not just in word, but is in power. We pray that there be release of the power. Because you said in the day of his power the people shall be willing. Let your power fall in the mighty name of Jesus and empower us and strengthen us.

Let this word set us free indeed. In the mighty name of Jesus. We thank you because you are here. We pray that let your glory fill this place, Lord.

Let no man take your glory. Speak through me, oh God, and review your whole counsel of God to your children, oh Lord. Thank you Father, because of what you are doing and what you have done. For in Jesus precious name I pray.

Amen. We thank God for the new month and the grace God has given unto us to be in his presence this morning. Devil has been fighting hard to ensure that we don't meet here. I have not met for the past two weeks.

As God have it. It pleases him that we meet in this first Tuesday of the month. So we say happy new month to everyone. So we last two weeks we were looking at a particular topic that's important for the church, the making of sons.

And we are lighted. That is the desire of the Father that every one of us, we move from the childhood state to becoming sons and to the glory of God. The topic that even came on the communion was even addressing the matter of that letting us, or reminding us that we are no longer slaves, but actual what children of God. But now we are now children of God.

We know that now there's a need for us to become sons because the son is someone that can boldly come to his father and make requests and, and demands, right? I remember when I was younger, I. There are certain things I could not, I could not have a full conversation with daddy, like I cannot have conversation with my parents, right? But as I started growing up, I'm able to talk clearly and communicate clearly.

Now I understand better, like there's not even. It's just very easy, like compared to before. Before you'll be. I'll be going around the bush.

But now I can just come directly to make requests. And I know why I'm making requests. So that's what happens when someone, someone moves from childhood to being an actual son. And that's the heartbeat of the Father today.

So. But we do not really look at the process, the core process of how this, how someone becomes his son, right? And we trust God for what he's about to do with this topic in our lives because there's a need for us to become sons. We see a lot of believers having this dependency on man, rather on God.

You don't know how to pray. When there's a problem in your house, when there's a problem in your family, you see people, the first thing they will do, they, they can't stand. They know that they have not gathered strength. They don't have.

They, they, they. They are afraid. In fact, they are shy of going to their father to make demands as regarding something happening in their family. So what they first do is once there's problem in the house, maybe, God forbid, a child collapse, the first thing they do is they call a man of God.

They can call Peter, please, please pray. Can you come and pray for me? And the reason where that thing comes from is because just like imagine a house, I remember now, my siblings, whenever they want to make a request, they usually tell me that they cannot. They'll tell me, James, please, can you help me, Daddy or mommy to go and let me ask them for this thing.

Why? It's because that son have not been establishing them. There's still this childhood Childish mentality in their mind. They're like, he will not see me as serious.

You think I'm joking? You think so? Please, can you help me tell that you should own this thing or can we help me this that they will not shout on. They will not see.

It's because the person is still a child, right? But when you become a son, you can make demands, like bold demands to your father. And that's what happened in the Christian D. That's why people run to the pastor, because they feel that me, I've not yet. I'm not yet a son.

I'm still. You still feel like a slave. That's why you are shy. A son.

Like now, if you bring somebody from another place to stay with you for years, notice the way the person behave compared to the way an actual son behave. That person will not always be confident to make requests. I can come and make requests saying, oh, I. I want to buy a new phone. I need this amount.

That person can never do that. Even though you have stayed for 10 years, there's still that feeling of I'm not a legitimate son. So that's. So if you check your heart now, if you know you cannot boldly make demands to God on behalf of certain things, you understand, it shows that you are still yet not a son.

Now, I'm not saying that we are neglecting the fact or point of where we actually go and meet other people of God to intercede on your behalf, because obviously there are levels. But let it be that it is leading. You are being led right there. Like, look at the sh woman.

The sh woman was actually not a son. That's the truth. She was she the first, you know, his son, a son of first make attention. But this one, he said, call this man of God.

She acknowledged that Elijah was actually a l son. And she ran to him and called him to come and pray for the child to come and do this in the child to come and do this. But in the New Testament, God was just. Was trying to show us that.

That the kingdom of God is in you. The kingdom of God is in you. In the book of Luke, he said, the king of God is in you. Which means that God is no longer interested in just having one person to be the one, the mediator.

And this is what is happening in church today. Many of us are still looking for that one man that everybody will run to to outsource all their prayers, everything to them. God is looking for a generation where he said Bible said, this is the generation that seek him. That Seek thy face, oh God.

What God wanted to do in Mount Sinai was that he wanted all of Israel to able to meet with God face to face. He wanted a face to face experience with his children. But unfortunately, when they got to the mountain, only still only one man out of all the people that came out was able to climb the mountain to meet with God. God wanted to reveal himself to every of them.

Had it been they have heeded, they said, no Lord, let Moses go for us. Why Moses went through the process of forging. And that's what I want to talk about today. We want to deal on that process of how to become natural son.

Because if you don't become a son, you will always remain in that perpetual state of bondage, poverty, slavery. Though you are a child, you are no different from a slave. And that's what's happening today. I pray God will open our eyes of understanding so we see what God actually wants.

He's not happy when he's in this, his house. He's sitting down and he's looking at his children and he's expecting. Imagine you're a father and you see some, many of your children, they don't like coming near you. They always stay on fire, they always stay in corner, will be confused, like, why are my children.

There are no ways coming. It's because of maybe they have a fear and they have not built up sonship in them. That's why many people grow up and they come bigger. You see the way they're always coming to their parents.

They're no more afraid. They can't say ah, how far they can hug their parents and all these things when they are younger, they always, they'll be like shy and all these kind of things. So let's look at the process of becoming a son. So we look at three dimensions.

The first look at the dimension of sonship. And then we also look at the reasons why forging is necessary as a son. And when I look at the instruments that God uses for forging, first if I was asking God like what's the topic, right? Because I was trying to be sure and so many things were coming.

But he said, you should go back to that topic we're talking about and finish it right? So I like us to understand that God is interested in teaching us like he rather teaches. Jesus was a rabbi. He called him the great Rabbi.

He was a teacher teaching the scriptures. He likes asking questions. So. And I also like, even when we teach the scriptures and not just preach and proclaim people like when they're just saying blessings and all these things.

But there are some things that will help you grow, and this is one of them. So let's look at the dimensions of sonship, because there are different layers. The first step for for this is birth. A new birth, a rebirth.

The Bible says in the book of John, chapter, I think chapter three. When Nicodemus asked the question, what does he what can I do to enter the kingdom of heaven? I think, yes, John, chapter three. Yes, John, chapter three.

He said there was a man from verse one. There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. The same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, rabbi, we know that thou art a man, a teacher. You see, we know that thou a teacher come from God.

For no man can do these miracles that thou doest except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, barely, barely I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Now look at where Nicodemus came from and look at where how Jesus responded. What does what Jesus said, What did Nicodemus say that has to do with what Jesus responded him with?

Nicodemus just acknowledged that Jesus was what, a teacher from God directly. Because there is no teacher. You know, all of them were teachers. There were many teachers.

But the way Jesus was teaching was totally different because every teacher has a source. But when they trace Jesus, they are like who taught Jesus all these things. They saw that this one was directly from God because his knowledge was beyond understanding. But that's beside the point.

I want to focus on this rebate. Verily I say unto the except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Second partner said, because they once said unto him, how can a man be born when he's old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born?

See what Jonah said, Take note of the first one. He said, you cannot see second part. Except the man be born of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter. He cannot enter the kingdom of God.

You see two dimensions there. So which means it's possible that you can see the kingdom of God. And it's possible that you may not even enter it. Now let me tell you what it is.

This might deviate us a little bit, but like I said, it's like a teaching. So we trust God. Wherever we stop, we stop. But it's important to understand the difference between seeing the kingdom of God and entering.

I'm sure you have read this many times. I think it's the same thing. Jesus loses intention with his God. He gave the criteria for you to see.

He said, be born again and you will see the kingdom of God. The second one, I said, be born of water and of the spirit. Then you will enter. You see, two conditions.

Now, I mentioned earlier that Jesus told the disciples that the kingdom of God is here. In fact, it's even in you. I know whenever we say the kingdom of God, you're always thinking of heaven, Heaven, Heaven, Heaven. Look at even the lost prayer.

Our Father was in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy kingdom come. When Jesus was telling the disciples to go and preach and everything, he told them that the kingdom of God is in you.

I'm trying to look for the scripture. I think it's the book of Luke. Because whenever we say this thing, some people is always thinking about heaven, heaven, Heaven. See, when you, until you understand that you already your heaven is.

Heaven is like starting from here. It's not until you go to this thing, Heaven is starting from here. Everything Jesus is saying, starting from here. You need to understand this thing.

Like, it's not. I'm not, I'm not trying to like say it's not future. It's starting from now. Now.

What does it mean? The kingdom of God is in you. I, I pray the Holy Spirit. Now, when you talking about kingdom of God, you're talking about the realities of that kingdom.

You're already experiencing it here. When a man becomes a born again, he's able to see the kingdom of God. You're able to experience those things that is already happening in heaven. When you become born again, the Bible says that you are now seated with Christ in heavenly places.

Your spirit basically is now with Christ where Jesus is right now. The right answer. But that's what your spirit is. That's what Bible says.

We are sitting with Christ. What far above principalities like where you are currently. As I, as I am right now. My spirit is far above.

That means the devil cannot get a grip of my spirit again. I'm far above it. So where my spirit is, if you can, if you can fully transform or metamorphose your body into your spirit, what you'll be seeing is the kingdom of God. So that's why, that's why Paul, pray that I pray that your eyes will understand, be enlightened, so that you are not seeing things with this, your naked eye.

You are seeing things from the realm of the spirit. Are seeing things the way Jesus. You know, when Jesus was seeing things, he was Seeing things differently from the way. That's why they were confused because Jesus was already in the kingdom, what he was seeing.

Maybe you are seeing empty chairs. Jesus is seeing like now when the disciples said, sir, ah, we cast many demons, we did this. Jesus said, I see Satan falling like lightning. So Jesus was already seeing the spiritual reality.

So when you become reborn again, your eyes become open and you begin to see Jesus. The reason why many people could not see Jesus because they were not born again. As soon as Peter eyes was open, he to see Jesus Christ. So that's why he said when he said, you will see the kingdom of God, but now entering it requires that you must what born of water and of the spirit.

Now let's look at born of water now in your mother. When you are in your mother's womb, there's water inside the belly, right? So when you give birth, you know, see that water usually come out when a mother gives birth. So if you check the Greek translation, everything born of water basically is the womb is comprising of water, right?

So it's basically being like born of a normal being, right? Then you're now being born of the spirit. That means the spirit of God has come into you. Let's look at verse five.

Let's look at verse six. He said that which is born of flesh is flesh and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. That's the part I want us to focus on. That which is born of flesh is flesh.

That which is born of spirit is spirit. I want try to look at the dimensions of sonship. And I said the first thing is birth. When everybody on earth except from Jesus was born of the flesh, you came out from your mother's womb.

So that means you are born of the flesh. Now being born of the spirit is basically you what accepting Christ, right? And Jesus was born of the Spirit because it was not through sexual intercourse that Joseph and Mary came together and gave her to Jesus. No, the Holy Spirit came upon Mary and empowered her.

And that's how Jesus was giving birth to. So he was not through the natural means. That's why he was born of the Spirit. So Jesus demands that every one of us must be born of the Spirit for us to now enter, for us to now have this life.

Basically now there are two. Verse 5. There are two interpretations of being born of water and Holy Spirit born of born of water. Another way, another school of thought says that being born of water is basically you being washed.

Basically repentance and now allowing the Spirit of God to now dwell in you. Because as I give my life to Christ, the Spirit of God dwells in me. So this is the first stage for, for this sonship. And unfortunately, a lot of people have not even gone through this stage.

But you know the funny thing? Many enter the water of baptism, but it's as though. It's as though they did not understand what they were doing. It's as though they didn't understand what they were doing, right?

So this is one of the first step. So we have to ensure. Are you born again? This is a question for many people, even the elders.

You see, let's not assume certain things. People will be shocked. Did you. Did you really.

Can you remember the day you gave your life to Christ? So that is the. That's what it means to be born again. A spiritual birth has to take place, right?

Thank God for the question of Nicodemus. If not, if not, Isaac would not have known this thing. If not, if he did not say this thing, he would not have known it. So that is the first stage.

Second stage is formation. Now, once, for example, our brother that just got baptized, got born again, then got baptized, right? Now he's now, he's now a baby in the spirit, right? He's like 0 years old.

Just imagine. Because let me tell you why this rebate is important. From the time of Adam, the Bible says that God created Genesis chapter one, I think verse 27. Let's just quickly look at it quickly.

Genesis chapter one, verse 27. He said 26, 27 said. And God said, let us make man in our image after our likeness. When you say image, the.

The original translation is in our characteristics. So whenever you say you look like God, they're just talking about the characteristics of God, the full character of God, that if God is love, God is kind. That's what image means there and after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air, over the cattle, and over the.

All over the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So basically, God wanted us to have dominion. That was the first thing he said, right? And God now created man in his own image, in the image of God created He himself.

Male and female created he them. Take note of this thing. Now verse 27, God created man. But if you look at chapter two, look at chapter two, verse seven.

Look at what now said. See, God created man in his own image. But chapter two now said, and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nose shield the breadth of life and the man became a living soul. So that means before God formed us with the clay form Adam, he had already created him.

So he first created the spirit. Then chapter two, he now formed the body, he now put that spirit into him and that's how man became a living soul. So that means the initial state of the man was that the man was initially born of the spirit. But as soon as, as soon as sin came, the flesh became corrupt.

So that's why anybody that comes out from the mother's womb is corrupt. And that's why we need a rebirth to go back to the initial state of us. Then we cannot start doing everything we're supposed to do. That's why I always beg people, the earlier you start this thing, the better.

I don't know. I don't see why a 10 year old cannot give life to Christ at a very young age. I don't understand. Because if a child can know how to watch immoral things, pornography, can watch all these things and use a phone, then what stops the child from knowing that he needs to give his life to Christ?

We feel that, no, it's not them. Yeah. 20. What stops a child 10 years old?

If a child can know good and bad at the age of 10, what stops you from knowing Jesus Christ at the age of 10? What stops you from making a decision to get give life to Christ and even get baptized at the age of 10? So we need to understand this thing, that the earlier you do this thing, the better for somebody to start living his life according to the scripts that God has given him. Formation.

Now, when you have not been an Antichrist, formation is required. Bible says that Paul says something. My dear children, you see those Martin Paul standing here and he's talking to elders, young people, people that are older than him and are gone far. And he's talking to them.

He said, my dear children, in whom I travell in death pains again until Christ be formed in you. What does that mean? Why is Paul addressing the church as children? That's what I'm trying to tell you there.

But as soon as all of them are children, some of them are still zero years old in the spirit. You might be 80. Some might be 80 years old though in physical, but this person is still two, maybe one month old in the Spirit. Because there is a, there's a school of the Spirit.

You have to learn how to become, how to live like what the new man. There's a way to live like the new man. All our life we have learned how to live in the flesh. That's what everything you are learning now.

Many people, they are learning how to live in the flesh. And the longer is stay in the flesh. It you see, it will take you. Unless by the grace of God, it will take you a while for you to now adapt to the life in the spirit.

Living in the spirit. The Bible said, as you live in the spirit, so also walk in the Spirit. Many people are born again. When you say live in the spirit, it means that you are now born again, but you are not walking in the spirit.

You see, you have a choice to live in the spirit. And you also have the choice to now live and walk in the Spirit. It's not just enough to get born again. Are you walking as a born again should?

So when people say they are born again, the truth is that. The truth is that. Let me tell you the truth. Many people are actually born again.

Many people actually. But the challenge is that they're not walking in the spirit. No. That Paul said, shall you continue seeing that grace and abound?

He saw that a lot of people get like maybe 3,000 souls get their lives to Christ. A lot of people get their lives to Christ, right? They have received Jesus Christ. The problem is that they don't know that the next stage is not for you to relax.

Christ must now be formed in you. Even if Bible says I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live yet. No, I am what Christ lives in me now. Christ living in you does not mean he's going to control you like robots now.

No, you have to what, conform? You have to continue to what? Work with him. He's going to tell you some things to do.

But if you keep resisting, it means you're not working in the spirit, but you're just living in the spirit. Because the truth is that your spirit is already with Christ. Let me tell you the truth, anybody, that Christ, his spirit already, if he dies immediately, is going to heaven immediately, right? Your spirit is already with Christ.

But shall you continue his sin that grace might abound? There is a need for what you to become like Jesus Christ. It is not automatic. That's where people are getting confidating automatically they will stop sinning.

As I I told my brother, if you think that oh, you just give a life to Christ today, automatically you become a saint. It's a lie. Your spirit is safe though. But your body is not yet saved.

This body, this flesh must die. I must put it to death every single day. That's why if any man will come after me, let him deny himself Take up request and follow me. Paul said something.

I beat my body daily and put it under suggestion. He makes his body sleep. The body will tell him, ah James, just sleep some more. James just eats, eats, eat anyhow, eat anyhow.

Just Jesus, go and play. Don't leave, you are doing too much. Don't. Just don't change.

Don't go to church. Just relax. It's not too hard. Life is not.

You see what that is telling? He doesn't want you to become like Jesus. He wants you to remain as a baby. So because of that he makes you a slave.

It's very sad. Let me tell you what that Jesus said. Jesus said something to the shunamite woman. I wanted you to please cancel the demo for my, my, my, my daughter.

Jesus said I cannot give food for man into dogs. Do you know what that thing is? It means that God is extremely interested in giving his own children food. That means those people that have accepted him as Jesus as Lord and Savior, he wants to feed them.

But you know what's happening? Many of us are not coming to receive that food is. Is hurting God so much. And that's why even the dogs can take crumbs.

The crumbs alone. Like this woman casted down a demon for the man without me seeing human. He said, don't worry, go. Your daughter.

The demon has left. Your daughter. Daughter. Jesus wants to do a lot for us.

But many are not ready to grow. They are not ready to grow somebody. That's why I said people from outside will come and collect what God has given us as inheritance. Because those ones are eager, they want to collect.

They don't want to stay, they just want to collect. You are inside, you don't know what you have. This is why we need to get formation. During this stage of formation, this is where the war starts.

There's a struggle between your flesh and the spirit. There's a constant battle. The flesh and the spirit is fighting. He doesn't want you to become like Jesus.

So you keep. You just make sure you say when your fire start increasing, say, oh God, you're doing too much. Everybody around you, even the fellow believer will be telling you it's not too deep. Don't fast, don't pray, don't do this.

Don't know you are going through deep. You see, Christ must be formed with you and it's not going. Devil will never allow it. He will not agree.

And you know the funny thing is, and out of love, many people will do this. But that's why you have to Pray God, open my eyes. Help me to see exactly what is going on in the Spirit. You need to understand the gravity of this situation or what is trying to take place in me.

So after formation, formation is endless until Christ comes, right? You don't stop being formed because the Bible says that the part of the just is as a bright and shining light, is always going from glory to glory. It keeps on getting brighter and brighter. That is how our formation is.

So whenever I see people, you have reached a particular level in the Spirit. You now calm down, you start relaxing. You are. You are joking.

If the fathers of faith today, Mary and father of you today, at the age of 80 something, these people are still laboring. You will ask yourself, God, I beg, what else is he looking for? He has churches in all the countries of the world. What else is he looking for is because he understands the concept of formation.

Until Christ be formed. You can never get to the end until you reach the end. That's why they are laboring. So the day you stop laboring, the day you stop laboring in Christ, that's the day you start degrading.

That's when the day you stop growing. So it is endless. There is more. There is always more.

There is more. You can never have enough of God. I'm telling you, whatever. Let me.

Let's say today you did a lot of miracles. I don't even know what you want to do tomorrow. There is another measure. There is always another measure of this thing.

The question is, how much can you carry? Look at the vessel. Bring vessels. Not a few.

There is more. If you bring 5 billion vessels, he will feel it. And that's going to store for you. Someone else bring 20 billion.

So don't limit what God wants to do in your life because of your capacity. It just depends on you how much I know what I want to carry. I know you know what you want. And you keep pressing until Christ be formed in you.

Now the third one is now manifestation. That's the third dimension. And this is where everybody wants to jump to. Now.

You see many men of God. You hear them having private jets, having many cars. You hear testimony of loud that I woke up in the morning. I. I don't know.

Many of my neighbors, they just brought like I saw 10 cars in front of me and they gave me the keys. I'm like, what do you want to do with 10 cars? People are just blessing up now, young people, many of the young believers that have not started, they are looking for that manifestation before commission. Everybody wants to jump when you see somebody is now successful, someone is in Christ, has labored, now is successful.

You now want the person's results without the formation. This why many people go through shortcuts. They will go and do juju. You don't touch something.

Maybe he's. See a church, a ministry is doing extremely well. And you now look at them, look at them in your mind. You'll be saying, this one is this one using juju.

Like why is. What is he doing? Because you have not got him there. You don't know that maybe he has labored and is actually genuine.

But you don't want to go through his process. You just want to. You think automatically because you're a child of God. God.

I heard someone saying, we trust God and God will do what he wants to do in his own time. You see, that statement is a statement of complacency. Let me explain why. Even though God will do what you do at his own time, he's going to use somebody.

That he's going to use somebody. Look at what Jesus told disciples. He said, pray to the Lord of the harvest. Ask him to send laborers into the harvest field.

What stops God from just doing by himself? He said, we have to be the one to ask him. Why can God not just raise the people by himself? Someone will say, don't worry, in his own time, God will bring them.

Let me tell you, if you don't make yourself available for God to use to bring them, those people don't come. If you don't pray, then God will raise somebody will not come. He will not say, let God do his thing. Let God be God and let's let God have his way.

And you don't sit down and be looking. See you look from now to next and nothing will change. Why? Because God has already made the protocol that when these people pray, I will answer, it's not God.

God made it. You will not do anything on this earth until a man prays. Until a man prays, God will not touch anything on this earth. That's how he has just made it.

I know there are cases of sovereign act, but really, until a man moves. Read from Genesis revelation. Until man moves, God does not move on this earth. Yeah, I said the kingdom of heaven is his.

He said he gave the king the kingdom of earth. He gave the earth to the sons of men. God wants us to participate with him now. So that's the manifestation.

Manifestation is the revealing of what God has been forming in the man, in the secrets. So formation takes place in the secret place. That was either dwelling in the secret place of the Most High shall not abide under the shadow of Almighty. What are you doing?

Your secret is that place when you are your own, your lonely time, your quiet time, what are you forming there? That is where formation takes place. Some people, all the. All their life, it can be found in the church.

Anything you see them doing as a Christian own inside church when they go home, Something like that. And that's very sad. If all that is about you as a Christian can only be seen when you are in the public, it shows that you are not being formed. Formation takes place in the secret and manifestation takes place in the public.

That's when God reveals what he has been forming in you. Now so for the time being, Galatians 4:19. Okay, I said my little children, of whom I travel in bed, Spain again. Until Christ be formed in youth.

That's what Paul did. So there's a need for what? Traveling in bed spins again. There's a need for what?

Christ reformed in a man, right? So manifestation is the unveiling of the life of Christ formed in a man. So before you become a son, tutors and administrators are commissioned by God to ensure you move from children to son. So before you become a son, you notice that God will be bringing certain people to your life, towards try to bring you up.

They'll be encouraging you, pressing you, how far have you prayed? Have you done this? You see people that are doing it and you just be inspired and you want to also go to your own place and pray. Those people are trying to make you become a son.

They will make you uncomfortable being a normal Christian. In fact, let me tell you something. A son is not a normal Christian. I refuse to be ordinary.

That's one thing I. I say regular. I refuse to be a mundane Christian, a Christian. That is only if. Let me tell you something.

If all of your life as a Christian, all you ever is only your five sense organ you are using as a Christian, it shows that you are not, you have not gone, you are still a child. Let me tell you why. Let me tell you reason why I said that we have five sense of as a human being. Your eyes, your eyes, your tongue, your skin, your.

Your touch and feeling and your ears. Right now if you read through Genesis, revelation, you will see that people that became sons, they went beyond their sense organ. Let me prove it to you. Look at Jesus Christ.

Jesus knew what was in the mind of somebody that had not spoken. Peter himself, John, all disciples, they were, they were, they were operating beyond defined Source organ. Look, let me tell you what, let me explain what I'm saying. Do you know even a six year old, if a six year old goes into the upwards world, the six year old is doing some things that are beyond our five sense organ.

I don't know if you get what I'm saying. They are going beyond their five sense organ. Like a six year old child. I've not heard stories.

Six year old child is already doing things that you. It cannot be explained. But yet Christians just want to be normal. You just want to have your five look at Genesis, Revelation.

How did Elisha know what the king was planning in this thing? He was tapping into spiritual realities. These are things that actually are available for us for the advancements of God's kingdom. So if you want to be normal, the Bible says wrestled against flesh and blood.

If I'm not resting against special. How do you want to battle principalities and powers all these things by just being normal? If you can't know what the Bible says, the Holy Spirit is the revealer of secrets. And all my life I cannot sit down and know.

I cannot descend between good and evil. I cannot descend spirits. Like somebody's coming to do business with you. You should be able to pick it in your spirit that your spirit can even reveal to you something that your five sense father cannot reveal to you.

I'm just saying this thing so that you to understand that there is more. What technology did Philip use that as soon as he baptized this guy, all of a sudden he was transported to another city. Another city instantly. The Bible said even Elijah Obadiah was always meeting Elijah and talking to him.

The Bible said that Elijah was asking, ah, sir, you want. You want to kill me? Very soon now God will take you to just transport you to another place he was fond of. He can just be here.

All of a sudden he just disappear and appear in our city. Like all of a sudden just go to another place. I'm saying that distance are post. In fact Peter tasted this thing.

He said, lord, give me to come on the water. What they call you Peter should walk on water. I'm saying that this thing. There are so many possibilities in the spirit obviously aligned to what God wants to do, that he wants to make available to his children.

But it feels that if I give this thing to this child that is not mature, he will abuse it. And that's what happened to many churches today. Many people are now abusing the power of God. There's a lot, but the question is how?

Let me wire a good wife. Let me just live. I just want to have a quiet life and everything. That's fine by me.

Well, that's your cup. And guess what? Whatever you bring to God, it is one vessel. You bring.

You feel it, but don't complain when you now see somebody else having massive. I am not wondering why is my own like this is not the same God I'm worshiping. He brought a bigger vessel. You brought this.

You feel it. That. That's the power God. Oh feel it.

So my question for you is that how, how much. What is your capacity level right now? So causes of delay in forging. Now talk about the forging.

Now let me just talk about the causes of delay in forging. Forging is the process of which you become that son, right? Number one, disobedience to instruction. I think that is clear.

Second Corinthians, chapter four, verse six to seven. Let's just quickly look at that. Two Corinthians, chapter four, verse six to seven. Like I said, I. I teach more than I preach, so it might not be like that.

So four, six. For God who commanded the light to shine out of darkness has shined in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in eating vessel that is the excellency of the power. That the excellency of the power may be of God and not to not of us.

So light there just represents the knowledge of the glory of God. So one of the things that hinder us from getting forged is disobedience to instruction. And I am always praying every day because I noticed God will give me instruction every day while I'm disobeying because I was like God, help me do small thing. Tell this person I'm sorry, Go and talk to this person about Christ.

Do this, do this, do this, do this. Don't shout another person, do this. The more you keep obeying instruction, you will not grow. You will keep repeating that class until you pass it.

You move to the next level. That's how we grow older in the Spirit. What made Jesus the what made Jesus the reason for salvation? All transformation of our faith is because of one thing.

The Bible said that because he obeyed everything the Father told him to do. God values obedience more than sacrifice. That's what made. It's not because he was the Son of God.

That's why God exalted him. It will have impartiality. Jesus had to prove that he is the ultimate source of salvation. By what?

Obedience to the cross. He learnt how to obey through suffering, like he learnt obedience. So obedience to instruction is one of the things. Disobedience is what causes delay in your forging process.

And I said forging is the process which God uses to shaping, purify, discipline, conform his children into the words image of Christ. It's a drilling process. Now process of forging one of the 1. There are different processes.

That's the way you process cassava. There are different ways to process it. The only process is fire. Fire is one of them.

And what fire does is it purifies the man. Like when Ezekiel came to God, sorry, Isaiah, he said, one took me from a man of unclean lips. Then God carried the coal, the first nib. He carried the coal from the neighbourhood.

Carry the code. I'll be one of the angels. He carried the code and put in Isaiah's tongue. And he said just.

He said, open your tongue and he put the code. What that code did was it purified him. So that was my first. Before God wanted to become making his son, he had to first purify him.

Knowledge of the glory of God in your life prevents you from being cheated by the devil. Just know that one, right? If you know how much glory is inside you, you will not be cheated by the devil. The reason why many people are being possessed, attacked and all these things because you lack knowledge of who you are in Christ.

See, devil cannot mess. Devil could not mess with Jesus because Jesus already he knows everything. You can't, no matter what the devil did he God, Jesus already just has knowledge. Who is number two?

Pressure. Another thing, I. I think we talked about this last time. I'll just skip to it. Pressure is another thing, right?

God uses pressure towards forge you, right? And that one deals with your heart. So he applies pressure on your heart so that it removes excesses. Third one is hammering.

It keeps on correcting you, disciplining you, right? Fourth one is time when God. This is where God tries you by taking you through the process of time for preparation. That's why many people are experiencing a lot of delays, right?

Let me tell you the truth about delay. Now there's delay. The truth is that even though Satan wants to frustrate you by causing delay, the truth is that Bible says all things work together for good to them that love God and according to his purpose. So the truth that God can use what Satan is trying to use to decide, destroy you, to build you up.

Only if you submit to the process. Look at Joseph. The pit wasn't necessary. Going to the pit, going to prison wasn't necessary.

Why did God not take him to the throne to become prime minister? He had to go through pits, go through prison for nothing. This guy did not do. What did he do wrong?

He was doing the right thing. We went through those things. But guess what? Those two things made him to become his son.

Do you know that when Joseph became the prime minister, Joseph had the right to like tell them to arrest Potiphar wife that. Look at that man. She lied against me. Arrest her.

Guess what? She did not even consider it at all. He has already forgiven because God has built him up. I'm sure many of us now will say, ah, see this person have put me in jail for how many years?

Let me just come outside. I promise you, if I become a guy, I will arrest you. I'll. In fact, I will kill you.

That's how many people did. But God has already brought him through a process, right? So time is what God uses at times to forge a man. So whenever I see a season of delay, ask God, God.

Instead of you saying, God, please deliver me from this, pray God, that thing you want to form inside me through this delay, delay this season. Please do it. Don't. Don't bring me out of this process without a change in my life.

There must be something that will change. So any season of delay, say, rejoice when you are what? Persecuted? When you are suffering.

Because you know that after that suffering, something is going to build up in you. Yieldedness. That's another process. Ability to remain in the hand of God, right?

Some people do not want to stay in the hand of God for long. Now another reason. Those are the reasons why forging is necessary as a song. Now when I.

Whenever we talk about forging, it's uncomfortable. Let me tell you the truth, it's uncomfortable. It feels like it's for only people that are going to ministry. And it's not for everybody.

You see, that's where this place where we're having issues. When you are thinking all this here is for them. It's not for me for you to even be like somebody wants to become maybe an actor. Do you know for you to be a Christian, you say you want to be an actor.

Do you know that it takes. In fact, you are the one that need this forging process more than a pastor. A pastor is really going to stay inside Church, he's not going into the world like other people. You want to become somebody big in the world, inside the world system.

And you think that this process of forging is not for you. It's for only those that are inside church. Pastor. Pastor is safer.

Let me not say safer, but pastor is more likely to even make it to heaven than you. That is going to stay inside the world system and be a light because there's so much darkness the church, there's not much darkness. Light, everybody's light. And you're just teaching them how to do.

For somebody that is going to Babylon, yeah, God is sending to Babylon like Daniel, you need more forging than somebody that is in Jerusalem. I don't know if you hear what I said. Someone that is going to be sent to Babylon will need more fortune. For example, let's say someone wants to go into politics.

All these kind of places that are so dark you need more fortune than someone that wants to go into ministry and wants to just be in church. Because that person, then there's a lot of compromise. And what will help you to stand is what you built in the stage of commission. I want to have many.

I want to be rich. For you to uphold riches, you must be a son. God has to forge you. Because if not that rich will be your own doing.

It will lead you to your destruction. He said it's harder for a rich man to enter heaven than for a coming to enter to. Which means that being wealthy in this earth the tendency for you to fall is so high. That's why God will not release kingdom wealth to you until he has formed you.

He will first bring you to your lowest point until he break you. Look at one of the richest persons in Nigeria, Cosmos Maduka. If you know how God has broken this man. He broke him his captive face so that now he has money.

He's so humble that he can go to the street and be preaching the gospel. He's not ashamed at all. He doesn't even need security like all these because he embraces the community so much. In fact, he uses amount large amount of money for the for the kingdom.

That is a man that has been broken. So the reason why you need to be sure is that inheritance without maturity is dangerous. Without this you desire to do elsewhere for God. But you will still be full of yourself.

So if you don't get forged when you receive inheritance and you are not mature, it will destroy you. When God releases the blessing, you will just be destroyed like Solomon. Another thing is there's a tendency for the glory of God to be choked with your fleshy desires. If you don't get forged the tendency for that glory.

When the glory of God comes, when he reveals to you your fleshy desire, all this loss, jealousy, envy will choke up the glory of God inside you. God has to get rid of the excesses of your etin vessel. If this does not happen, your fleshly desires will compete for the glory of God. So God's glory is reveal your weakness.

So he wants to remove all those pride, jealousy, anger and all those things in us. Manifestation without formation will cripple the vessel. Ah, imagine God wants to reveal you. And you don't have the formation.

You don't have the capacity to hold the glory of God. When the glory of God came on the temple, all of them fell down the floor. Because they don't have the capacity to carry God's glory. So it cripples a man.

So people, you have to be careful the prayers you pray because you are praying God. And last night, like open the door to nation to me. Let me tell you that prayer. If God answers my prayer, I'll pray now.

Your capacity is so small and accurate representation is a must. Another reason you must be forged is because if you are not forged, you will not be able to represent Christ properly. And wrong representation of the Father will damage many lives. This is what happened to many pastors.

They were not properly forged and they got exposed too early. They are leading many people astray. That's why people hate Christianity because of that pastor. This is why I hate some people.

This is. I hate Christians. See that pastor? He's doing fornication because he was not fully forged.

He skipped the process. And he said he wants to become pastor. I want to become this. He now enters stage and is misbehaving.

That's why you must be forged. So the last thing, I'll just list the eight instruments God is. I will close there number one. Eight instruments that God used for forging revelation of Christ.

Just like Paul. Jesus had to reveal himself to Christ to. To Paul, right? And that was how he was able to grow, right?

There's a lot to say there. Prevailing prayers. I cannot even emphasize this one enough. You must learn how to pray now.

People that are young. That's why I see people don't ask me. When I was young, I didn't understand why people were praying long. Why are you praying everything day?

And it's not because I hear the prayer point. The person is not even looking for money or any of these things. We just pray alone. I hear the kind of prayer, Lord, let Christ be formed in me.

Open my eyes, help me to see. Help me to know your love. Cause me to grow like. Enlarge my capacity.

Help me to understand you better. Teach me how to love. Search my heart, deal with me, remove pride. You see all those kind of prayers.

It is what forging prayer. It's not the one of Lord, bless my business, increase my this. Give me money, give me food. Give me say see, he said, don't pray like the Gentiles.

Your father knows you have me for these things. He wants to build the inside first those ones will come out. I said, did I realize I stopped praying for all this? I. I literally stopped praying for like you be God, please bless my Father.

He allows certain situation that will actually break you. Maybe for example, God forbid. But God can actually permit the death of a loved one to break somebody. I remember there was a man of God.

God actually allowed his wife to. You know, when you hear this kind of things, you'll be like, Ah, Jesus. But she's in a better place. The person in a better place, actually.

But he confessed that I'll not lie to you. Since after that time something grew up inside me. Like in the person. Like he explained testimony after this thing died, a part of me that has been there since like it came out.

And now billions, millions of people around the world are being blessed because of him, because of that. So if you don't use it, God can allow certain things that may not be to that level, but that's why God is begging you, do it. But God will do anything by all means, if you submit to him. By all means.

We'll just make sure that whatever it takes for you to rise up. Because if you don't rise up, millions of people are going to die because of you. So it's going to take. If it means what, have mercy.

This one is a painful. But if it means taking away everything you love just so that you can rise up to responsibility, you do it. So we'll just wrap up there. Our prayer to this morning is that God open my eyes to see and help me to submit to the process of forging.
